When you use the contact form, Asceltis.eu processes the information you provide:
name;
email address;
phone number, if provided;
message.
The contact form also processes technical information required for security and abuse prevention.
The visitor's IP address is processed temporarily in memory for rate limiting but is not stored in plain form. A keyed cryptographic hash derived from the IP address may be stored temporarily together with timestamps.
The system also uses pseudonymous technical identifiers to detect duplicate submissions.
The anti-spam storage does not contain the plain-text content of contact messages, raw IP addresses, raw Turnstile tokens or raw submission identifiers.
Contact information is processed in order to:
respond to enquiries;
communicate with the person making the request;
where applicable, take steps requested by that person in connection with a potential professional relationship.
Depending on the nature of the enquiry, this processing is based on the steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to a potential contractual relationship and/or the legitimate interest in responding to legitimate enquiries.
Technical security information is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in protecting the website, contact form and email infrastructure against spam, automated submissions, duplicate submissions and abuse.
Asceltis.eu does not use contact-form information for unrelated advertising, automated marketing or profiling.
Information submitted through the contact form is accessible only where necessary to process and respond to the enquiry.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.
The security token generated by Turnstile is verified server-side with Cloudflare. Contact-message content is not transmitted to Cloudflare by the Asceltis server-side verification request.
Contact messages received by email are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on the enquiry.
Where an enquiry relates to a potential professional relationship, the correspondence may be retained for up to three years following the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Technical anti-spam and duplicate-detection records are configured to expire after ten minutes.
A scheduled server task is configured to periodically remove expired security records. These records contain pseudonymous technical hashes and timestamps, not the plain-text contents of contact messages.
Asceltis.eu does not currently use advertising cookies, advertising trackers or analytics services.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used exclusively to protect the contact form against automated submissions and abuse.
No advertising or behavioural profiling is carried out by Asceltis.eu.
Cloudflare operates a global infrastructure and certain technical information processed by Turnstile may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area.
Cloudflare states that it applies appropriate mechanisms for international transfers of personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

request deletion of your data;
request restriction of processing;
